Whistleblowing channel

In compliance with Spanish Law 2/2023 on the protection of persons reporting regulatory breaches and fighting corruption, ATENEU INSTRUCTIU operates a whistleblowing channel aligned with current regulation.

It is a means to report facts that may constitute criminal offences or serious or very serious administrative breaches in a professional or employment context.

The channel is available to staff, families, students (with a reference adult when needed), suppliers and collaborators who become aware of such facts.

Situations of violence against children and adolescents are handled through the LOPIVI protocol and the school ClickEdu intranet, not through this channel. In emergencies, call 112.

What can be reported?

  • Fraud, corruption or misappropriation.
  • Workplace harassment, discrimination or serious health and safety breaches.
  • Serious data protection or other breaches within the scope of Law 2/2023.
  • Other conduct that may constitute a criminal offence or serious administrative breach.

What should not be reported here

  • Complaints about dining, schedules, grades or general pedagogical suggestions.
  • Routine administrative enquiries (use the usual contact channels).
  • Violence against minors covered by LOPIVI (use ClickEdu / wellbeing coordinator).

Protection against retaliation: No retaliation is tolerated against good-faith reporters.

Diligence: Reports are handled within a maximum of three months (extendable by three months in complex cases).
